He has a Masters degree in teaching and is certified as a James Hill Uulele Initiative Level 3 instructor (the highest level) and has presented twice at James Hill's Masterclasses in Toronto. James Hill Uketropolis:  James is a classically trained Canadian musician, with a Bachelor of Music Degree, who has focused on the ukulele, both as his primary instrument and as a method of music instruction. During his teenage years he was a key member of the renowned Langley Ukulele Ensemble. James went on to co-author the Ukulele in the Classroom method book series with J. Chalmers Doane, the trail-blazing teacher who pioneered the use of ukuleles in Canadian schools.  In 2010, James launched the JHUI Teacher Certification Program, the first of its kind in the world.  His most ambitious educational offerings to date is The Ukulele Way and Uketropolis.

Mark Luongo:  Son of renowned ukulele educator, Peter Luongo (Langley Ukulele Ensemble, Mighty Uke) and long-time collaborater with James Hill, Mark has been offering online private lessons to international students since 2014.
