Churchill Ukulele Group (CHUG) - Ottawa, Ontario. September to mid-June. There is a drop-in fee ($). Contact Laura, at laura.stephen2@yahoo.ca. All levels of uke players meet on Wednesday mornings from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Churchill Senior's Centre, 345 Richmond Road at Churchill. Don't play the ukulele? No problem - come and sing! Deep River Ukulele Playing Enthusiasts (DRUPE) - Jam session once a month on a Sunday (usually the 1st or 2nd Sunday of the month) from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at St. Barnabas Church in Deep River. Join their Facebook page to get in touch.

Kemptville Ukulele group (KUKES) - Kemptville, Ontario. Monthly starting Tuesday, October 14, at 7:00 p.m. at the Kemptville Legion Fireplace Lounge, 100 Reuben Crescent, Kemptville, Ontario. Cost: $2/person at the door. All levels and ages welcome but children must be accompanied by an adult. Song sheets will be displayed on the lounge TV. Kingston Ukes - Kingston, Ontario. An amateur group of ukulele players, striving to improve and have fun playing the ukulele. They meet every Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:30 and welcome any level players from the community who would like to join in. Cynthia K Music, CANADA:  Private and group classes available online. Cynthia Kinnunen is a music educator, songwriter/arranger, researcher, and advocate for music education and community music. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Music (Honours), a Master of Arts in Community Music, she is a staff member os James Hill's Uketropolis, is a Level 3 James Hill Ukulele Initiative instructor, the highest level in the JHUI Program, and is a sessional lecturer in the Faculty of Music at Wilfrid Laurier University teaching ukulele-related courses.

James is a classically trained Canadian musician, with a Bachelor of Music Degree, who has focused on the ukulele, both as his primary instrument and as a method of music instruction. During his teenage years he was a key member of the renowned Langley Ukulele Ensemble. James went on to co-author the Ukulele in the Classroom method book series with J. Chalmers Doane, the trail-blazing teacher who pioneered the use of ukuleles in Canadian schools.  In 2010, James launched the JHUI Teacher Certification Program, the first of its kind in the world.

Mustafa Kamaliddin, BMus. MMus., CANADA:  Mustafa specializes in fingerstyle content for the ukulele as an arranger, teacher, and a performer. He runs MK Fingerstyle Academy YouTube Channel as well as an online ukulele school, MK Fingerstyle Academy, where he has multiple ukulele courses focusing on fingerstyle, music theory, and advanced repertoire.
