You can play along with the 1st video in GCEA tuning! Remember, if you know your [G] chord, you can do an [F#dim7] chord! Just place your [G] shape on the top 3 strings closest to your chin instead of on the bottom 3 strings, and then drop your pinky finger on the first string 3rd fret (2323). Alternatively, you can leave the pinky off - so 2320.
